for TEFL and/or translation (DE>EN) work

You must be a native speaker of British English and have

for TEFL

min. TEFL Cert. plus
an interest in achieving good spoken
and written German
good general knowledge

for translation

excellent German
good general knowledge,
especially of science and engineering

for both

an excellent command of spoken and written English (GCSE "A")
IT and DTP skills – at least Word, Excel, PowerPoint, quick typing
resilience under pressure of work and reliability in meeting deadlines
an interest in what distinguishes the good from the mediocre in translation and teaching
- and in getting a good reference!
